QC Microbiologist

A QC (Quality Control) Microbiologist at Baramati Agro Poultry is responsible for ensuring the microbial safety and quality of poultry products. Their key duties include:

• Sampling and testing of raw materials, water, finished products, and environmental surfaces for microbial contamination (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli).
• Monitoring hygiene and sanitation practices in processing areas.
• Maintaining records of microbiological test results.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards like FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO.
• Investigating and reporting any deviations or contamination incidents.

Their role is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and protecting consumer health.
