- Knowledge of USP 61 (Microbial Enumeration) and USP 62 (Tests for Specified Microorganisms).
- Knowledge of Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
- Media preparation, sterilization and Growth promotion test of media.
- Maintenance and handling of microbial cultures.
- Preparation of trends of environmental monitoring and water analysis.
- Operation and cleaning of equipment and instruments in the microbiology lab.
- Documentation of microbiological activities.
- Maintain the microbiology lab as per cGMP for audit, self-inspection and internal audits.
