About the role

This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Curug. The position is responsible for monitoring and inspecting raw materials, printing processes, finishing processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect raw materials, printing processes, finishing processes, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
• Identify and handle nonconformities
• Maintain quality records
• Support corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Conduct first sample/first piece, sampling, and dimensional inspections
• Identify, segregate, record, and follow up NG/rejected products
• Identify common printing and packaging defects, including color variation, misregistration, stains, scratches, cutting, folding, laminating, and gluing defects

About you

• Minimum D3 in Graphic Technology, Printing, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in printing, paper, packaging, or manufacturing
• Understand incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• Understand paper characteristics, printing, and finishing processes
• Understand basic Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for inspection records and quality reports
• Detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, disciplined, and able to work under production targets
• Good communication and teamwork skills, especially with Production, PPIC, and Warehouse
• Willing to work on-site and shifts when required
