QC Process Group Leader Plastic

About the role

Lead and oversee Quality Control Process activities according to area of responsibility in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Control Process activities in accordance with area of responsibility
• Organize and ensure daily quality inspection implementation runs according to company standards
• Ensure quality inspection processes are conducted according to SOP, quality standards, and product specifications
• Conduct analysis of quality issues and provide corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues
• Guide, direct, and evaluate the performance of QC team members
• Prepare and ensure completeness of documentation related to Quality Control activities
• Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (ISO) in the work area
• Create inspection result reports and quality achievement reports on a regular basis
• Ensure company quality targets are achieved and support continuous improvement processes

About you

• Minimum D3 education from Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience at Group Leader/Leader level (preferred)
• Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (valued)
