Location: Shanghai Lingang Site / 上海临港工厂 Job Purpose岗位目的

• Manage and lead the analytical activities related to testing of finished products/materials and stability program. 管理和领导与成品/物料测试和稳定性计划相关的分析活动；
• Support the QC lab lead to defining department goals in line with Site/QC goals & prioritizes work accordingly. 支持QC实验室领导根据Site/QC目标定义部门目标，并制定工作优先级。 Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责
• Manage testing and release of materials, bulk and finished products ensuring compliance with quality standards. 管理物料，半成品和成品的测试和放行，确保符合质量标准。
• Implement robust processes for assessing and approving test results and COA (Certificate of Analysis). 严格按照流程进行评估及批准测试结果和分析报告书。
• Ensure OOS process is implemented and followed, and that laboratory non-conformances or deviations are effectively investigated and documented within the mandated timelines. 确保实施并遵循OOS流程，并在规定的时间表内有效调查和记录实验室不合格项或偏差。
• Establish stability program per local regulatory guidelines and applicable standards. 根据当地监管指南和适用标准建立稳定性计划。
• Communicate stability issues impacting product quality promptly. 针对影响产品质量的稳定性问题进行及时沟通。
• Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure suitability. Manage method validation protocols, data and reports. 开发和验证分析方法以确保适用性。 管理验证方案、数据和报告。
• Monitor and review validated methods for ongoing effectiveness and Conduct training on analytical methods and procedures. 监测和审查经过验证的方法的持续有效性，进行分析方法和程序培训。
• Ensure that testing instruments are maintained at a good status to run testing operations smoothly.

• Implement HQS procedures. Ensure QC operations comply with internal and regulatory standards. 实施HQS程序。确保QC操作符合内部和监管标准。
• Maintain good laboratory practice standards. 保持良好实验室规范标准。
• Manage lab. EHS risk assessment, control and governance and safety incidents reporting. 管理实验室EHS风险评估、控制和管理，并进行安全事故报告。
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage QC Lab personnel, including recruitment and training. 进行绩效评估及QC 实验室人员管理，包括招聘和培训。
• Drive operational efficiency quality lab. Lead the continuous improvements through testing optimization, excellence in laboratory management (eLM), lab cycle time improvement, automation…etc.). 建立高效运营实验室，领导持续改进，通过测试优化、优秀的实验室管理 （eLM）、实验室周期改进、自动化等方式进行改进。
• Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, Haleon standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system. 理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、Haleon管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针，遵守公司标准操作规程；参与和支持工厂质量计划和EHS管理体系的执行。
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager. 其它由直线经理安排的项目和工作。 Specialized Knowledge / Education / Experience Required专业知识 /教育 / 要求的经验

Essential Qualifications基本资质

• Bachelor degree or above, diploma in chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline. 本科及以上学历，化学或相关专业。
• Necessary understanding of good lab practices and management of scientists and analytical chemists who perform analytical work. 对良好的实验室操作规范及实验室人员管理有必要了解。

Essential 必要条件

• Five (5) years of experience working within cosmetics or similarly regulated industry with exposure to laboratory, manufacturing and compliance expectations. 五年化妆品或类似监管行业工作经验，接触过实验室、制造和合规。
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and cGMPs. 质量保证体系和 cGMP 知识。
• Good understanding of data Integrity pertaining to laboratory environment. 对实验室环境的数据完整性有很好的理解。
• Good knowledge of Safety & Technical Standards for Cosmetics/GB requirements. 充分了解化妆品安全技术规范和国标的要求。
• Understanding of working in a highly regulated and fast paced environment. 对在高度监管和快节奏的环境中工作有一定了解。
• Good communication & presentation skills (oral and written). 良好的沟通&演讲技巧（口头及书面）。
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, risk management and internal and external regulatory requirements. 了解良好生产规范、风险管理以及内部外部监管要求。 Skills 技能

• Understanding of the industry and understanding of the analytical processes are necessary to implement and manage lab operations. 了解行业及了解分析过程对于实施和管理实验室运营是必须的。
• People management experience preferable. 有人员管理经验者优先。
