QC Supervisor

About the role

Oversee and supervise Quality Assurance and Quality Control work in accordance with company standards and requirements. Plan and monitor quality systems within projects, coordinating with relevant departments. Conduct Internal Audits, track corrective actions, and prevent quality issues. Analyze quality problems and identify continuous process improvements. Prepare and verify QA/QC documents and reports for accuracy and currency. Apply quality tools such as QC 7 Tools and MSA for quality analysis and control. Develop and support the QA/QC team, providing guidance and assistance to other teams involved in quality management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to meet company standards and requirements
• Plan and track quality systems within projects and coordinate with relevant departments
• Conduct and manage Internal Audit processes
• Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
• Analyze quality problems and develop continuous process improvement approaches
• Prepare, verify, and maintain QA/QC documents and reports
• Apply quality tools including QC 7 Tools and MSA for quality analysis and control
• Develop and support the QA/QC team with guidance and assistance
• Support other teams in quality management system implementation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC
• Experience in Internal Audit
• Knowledge and skills in Quality Management System
• Knowledge of MSA and QC 7 Tools
• Leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards (preferred)
• Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Functional English communication ability
• High sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and ability to work well with others
