QC Supervisor

About the role

ALTATRONIC INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD is seeking a QC Supervisor to join our Quality Assurance & Control team in Rayong. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality across our manufacturing operations. As QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, leading a team of inspectors, and ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards before they reach our customers. This role is instrumental in safeguarding our reputation for excellence and driving continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the quality control team, including planning work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training and development
• Establish and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify defects and deviations from specifications
• Analyse quality data and prepare detailed reports on inspection results, defect trends, and corrective actions
• Investigate product failures and non-conformances, documenting root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and product certifications
• Conduct regular audits of quality systems and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce defects
• Liaise with external customers and regulatory bodies regarding quality matters and customer complaints

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant quality management systems
• Proficiency in using quality control software and measurement instruments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Certification in quality management (such as ASQ, CQE, or equivalent) is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Thai is essential for this role
