About the role

QC Supervisor responsible for quality control operations in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment, overseeing analytical testing, stability studies, method development, and laboratory management while maintaining GMP/PICS and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality control work including sampling and analysis testing of raw materials, packaging materials, packaged products, and finished pharmaceuticals according to established standards
• Plan, prepare protocols and reports, and conduct stability studies (Stability) of products
• Develop and improve analytical methods and validate analytical methods (Method Validation)
• Maintain and service analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, FT-IR), manage chemical stock, and prepare various analytical solutions
• Prepare and control quality documents (Specification, SOP, Method of Analysis) and comply with GMP/PICS and ISO standards
• Lead in creating a culture of safety, environment, and occupational health awareness within the unit
• Perform other chemistry laboratory work as assigned by supervisor

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
• Experience using scientific analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, Spectrophotometer)
• Basic English reading and writing ability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous, highly responsible, and strong analytical thinking skills
• Skills in decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership
