What they need
Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pure Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Food Tech.
* Min. 2-3 years of Quality Control experience in the food manufacturing or hygiene sector.
* Background in starch, glucose, or sweetener manufacturing is highly preferred.
* Solid understanding of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Working knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, Food Defense, and EMP execution.
* Proven leadership capability to supervise, schedule, and guide QC analysts/lab personnel.
* Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting skills.
