QC Supervisor

We are an organization with 100 employees and is a Filipino-German owned company formed in early 1995 and provides total solutions in the plastic industry. The company is engaged in the development and manufacture of plastic packaging products and precision engineering plastics. The company has also business in trading and distribution of machine tools in the aerospace, automotive and die/mold industries as well as a construction.

We invite applicants to fill in the position described below. Work assignment for the successful candidate shall be at North Science Avenue, Laguna Technopark in Binan City. Compensation package is open commensurate to qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Performing routine inspections and quality tests.

· The QC Supervisor is responsible for analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.

· To design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost efficient, and ensure high product quality.

· Responsible for implementing the QC management system in production.

• Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans in production area
• Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
• Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.
• Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
• Ability to prepare & perform Control plan audit
• Ability to control, supervise, train and lead the quality team
• To conduct Verification, Perform analysis on report/record & study for improvement
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the management

Required Skills and Qualification:

• BS Industrial Engineering graduate with at least 3years experience

· With strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Knowledgeable in FMEA and Lean Manufacturing Tools

· Must have a healthy attitude towards people and work.

· Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.

· Troubleshooting skills and attention to details

· Documentation and organization skills
