QC Supervisor (Panel Listrik)

About the role

This role involves conducting quality inspections of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical panels according to specifications, quality standards, and technical drawings. You will perform end-to-end inspections from initial production through final assembly, ensuring all components, wiring, terminals, labeling, and panel neatness meet requirements. You will conduct functional testing including continuity tests and insulation resistance tests, document inspection results, record non-conformities, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project teams to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of LV and MV electrical panels according to specifications, quality standards, and technical drawings
• Ensure wiring processes comply with wiring diagrams, SLD and related technical documents
• Perform end-to-end panel inspections from initial production through final assembly
• Verify component compliance, cable installation, terminals, labeling, and wiring neatness
• Conduct functional testing and inspections including continuity tests and insulation resistance tests according to applicable procedures
• Ensure production results meet company quality standards and customer requirements
• Create inspection reports, document non-conformity findings, and follow up with production teams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure all inspection and testing processes are properly documented according to QC procedures

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience 2 - 3 years as QC Staff/Supervisor or Inspector in electrical panel manufacturing companies
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical panel assembly and wiring processes (end-to-end)
• Ability to read and understand SLD, wiring diagrams, and schematic diagrams for LV and MV panels
• Knowledge of electrical panel components including MCB, MCCB, ACB, contactor, relay, current transformer (CT), and other protection components
• Understanding of electrical panel inspection and quality testing fundamentals
• Knowledge of IEC standards related to electrical panels and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, with strong analytical skills and quality focus
• Able to work independently and in teams with good communication skills
• Willing to conduct direct inspections in production areas
