Job Role- Quality Check Team Lead - P2P / Accounts Payable

Domain- Banking & Finance and Accounting

Experience - 7 to 10 years

Work mode Work from office

Qualification- Bachelor degree (preferably in commerce)

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days max

Shifts - Flexible to work in Night shifts

5 Days Working 2 Days Off

2 Way Cabs

Please Note- Need team handling experience & people management experience on paper for Team Lead.

Skills & Experience Required -

7-10 Years International experience in Accounts Payable Team Lead /P2P/PTP

• End-to-end Quality Check experience in P2P domain.
• Accounts Payables
• Invoice Processing
• AP Helpdesk
• Payment Processing
• Vendor Master
• Travel & Expenses
• Vendor Payments
• SAP FICO & MM Module

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of end to end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E
• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
• Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action
• Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately
• Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
• Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy
