QC Technician (6 Months Contract)

We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team on a 6-month contract basis as a maternity leave replacement.

📍 Location: Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the QC inspection by collecting samples online and conduct lab inspection for all related Quality parameters

• Conduct testing as per PepsiCo standard method on timely manner.

• Ensure all production records for critical quality monitoring is verified and passed.

• Ensure lab equipment and all apparatus are in good condition, calibrated, and ready to use at all times.

• Preparing chemical for the use of laboratory and also production station lab.

• Ensuring waste management for lab waste is handled accordingly and safely

• Responsible to fills in for FS technician when necessary

• Supporting trial and commissioning

• Willing to conduct any other tasks which may need support from line manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s or diploma degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemical Analyst or related major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in QC department in manufacturing or food industry
• Proficient in laboratory analytical techniques including physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
• Familiarity with testing standards and documentation practices.
• Certificate in Calibration Training
• Knowledge of lab equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Understanding of waste management and safety procedures in a lab environment.
