QC Technician

Check and measure parts to ensure they meet the required measurements and quality standards

Read and understand technical drawings to ensure parts are made according to specifications

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM machines and laser trackers to inspect parts

Carry out inspections during production, before delivery, and when new parts are produced for the first time

Identify and report any defects or issues, and follow up with the relevant departments to resolve them

Ensure all inspected parts meet the required quality standards and customer requirements

Keep the inspection room clean, organized and ready for audits

Work closely with the Production, Engineering and Procurement teams to support daily operations

Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing or any equivalent technical qualifications

Min 1 year experience within a manufacturing environment

5 days work week (Mon to Fri 8am-530pm)

Working Location: Seletar

Salary: Up to $3000

Able to start work within short notice
