QC Technician
Industrial Valves Testing
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Boon Lay
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Conduct QC inspections on industrial valves and related components.
• Perform valve pressure and functional testing according to specifications.
• Operate pressure testing machines and other QC equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot daily process or quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers and gauges to verify product dimensions.
• Carry out risk assessments for QC and testing activities.
• Prepare and maintain QC records, inspection reports and testing documentation.
• Perform other QC-related duties as assigned by the QC Manager.

Requirements:

• Relevant QC experience in industrial valve testing and pressure testing within an industrial environment.
• Familiar with measuring tools such as vernier calipers and gauges.
• Training will be provided for pressure testing machines and overhead crane operation.
