Role: QC Technician (Manufacturing)

Company: A well-established manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and industrial products.

Location: Ulu Tiram Industrial Area, Johor
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,900 + Allowances + Stable OT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections according to the scheduled inspection plan.
• Perform Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection on raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure product dimensions, physical condition and quality meet the required specifications.
• Identify, record and report defects or non-conforming products.
• Update daily inspection schedules, inspection records and QC reports.
• Ensure all quality and safety procedures are properly followed.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and understand basic Mechanical Engineering Drawings.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of QC documentation.
• Good attention to detail, responsible and quality-conscious.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
