QCA (Quality Control Associate

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QCA (Quality Control Associate) to monitor and maintain quality standards across operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a 247 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and process reviews.
• Identify errors, deviations, and quality gaps and report them promptly.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with operations and other teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Track quality KPIs and support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall process quality.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Operations preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quality targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 45,000 50,000 per month
• 247 rotational shift allowance/benefits as per company policy.
