• Take initiative to assure quality performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality related field.
• Support NPD, engage in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production. Lead new product and projects launch to support growth.
• Production quality control and assurance: Process execution conformance, visualize the abnormal, lead the trouble shootings in systematic way, track all action plans
• Engineering process management: Monitor the manufacturing process, continuously improve the process and procedure.
• Other tasks from superiors. Desired Knowledge & experience:
• College degree or above in engineering background or related. 2. 3+ years working experience, working experience for home appliance. Motor or motorized product concerning working experience preferred.
• Good understand for quality system, ISO9001, IEC60335-1, IEC 60335-2-3 or BS EN 60311.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Strong understanding of processing requirements related to: machining, forming, heat treating, plating etc.
• Good language skills in both Chinese and English. Result-oriented, strong communication and presentation skill.
• Be proficient in quality tools. FMEA, Control plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
