As a QE Engineer, you'll manage customer quality assurance, responsible for handling complaints effectively (8D), leading return/rework processes, and preparing product inspection standards.

• Timely and effective delivery of customer information to relevant units
• Leading the handling of customer returns and defective rework

Job Requirements

• College degree or above
• More than 5 years of professional experience in quality exception handling, proficient in office software.
• CET4 required,
• Able to communicate well with customers, with experience in writing 8D correctly.
