QE Executive

• Develop and update quality-related PPAP documentation (e.g., MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.), incorporating specialized quality standards for connectors used in automated assembly lines.
• Follow up and handle quality issues during both new and existing product development and production processes, focusing on connector assembly and integration.
• Analyze and verify product inspection methods and standards, including crimp, pin insertion, and continuity testing for connectors, and update them regularly.
• Supervise the creation of process limit samples and ensure the effectiveness of error-proofing jigs (Poka-Yoke) or measurement tools for connector positioning and alignment.
• Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance for measuring tools used by IPQC.
• Coordinate product audits and follow up on corrective actions for any non-conformities.
• Analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on inspection data.
• Handle or lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports.
• Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff on connector quality controls and automated line inspection practices.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
