Job Title: QEMS Engineer

Basic up to $4200 + AWS + VB

Working Hours: Monday - Friday ; 7.50am - 4.55pm

Location: MNC @ Joo Koon (Company transport)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards.

• Manage and maintain QMS documentation, including document review, updates, approval, and control.

• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate audits conducted by customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.

• Follow up on audit findings and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, E-Kaizen activities, supplier quality management, and product qualification processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management Systems.

• Experience in the manufacturing or electroplating industry will be advantageous.

• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification/experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 13485 will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC is preferred.
