QFS Supervisor – Incoming & Product Quality (Snack)

Kellogg (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a QFS Supervisor or Lead – Incoming & Product Quality (Snack) to ensure effective implementation of product quality programs in compliance with global and GFSI standards by overseeing in-process QA controls, product evaluation, hold and release activities, and CAPA. Lead consumer complaint investigations, ensure accurate and timely quality reporting, maintain QA documentation, support audits, and provide quality and food safety training to drive consistent product quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure all sites comply with global Quality and Food Safety Standards.

2.Ensure product quality & incoming quality performance scores are accurate and reported in a timely manner.

3.Lead the Raw material & Packaging materials risk assessment

4.Lead consumer complaint investigations related to product quality issues.

5.Lead the product hold and release process and manage CAPA related to product quality issues.

6.Lead the Product Evaluation System (PES) and ensure full compliance with applicable standards.

7.Control and monitor in-process QA activities to ensure compliance with established standards.

8.Ensure all QA documentation, including procedures and standards, is updated, properly maintained, and filed in a timely manner.

9.Lead the HALAL & KOSHER Program

10.Digitalization Quality Module – Smart Factory

11.Support GFSI and global audits related to quality and food safety programs.

12.Provide quality and food safety training and guidance to all staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Product Quality, Quality Systems, or Quality Assurance within the food industry.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Quality, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and GFSI standards.

• Ability to conduct Hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and GFSI audits.

• Effective communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in computer applications.

• Having Ai and digitalization skills is preferred.
