Job Description

We are looking for a QHSE Executive to manage and support Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures and standards at the site.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs for employees and contract staff.
• Monitor PPE compliance, work permits, emergency preparedness and safe working practices.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare incident reports and CAPA.
• Maintain QHSE records, checklists, inspection reports and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure site emergency response procedures are followed.
• Support internal/client audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Monitor housekeeping, waste management and environmental practices at the site.
• Coordinate with site operations and client teams to ensure effective implementation of QHSE requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Safety / Environment / Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in QHSE/HSE, preferably in Facility Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Industrial or Commercial facilities.
• Good knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Candidates with relevant Safety certifications will be preferred.
