What they need
Key responsibilities
- Conduct QHSE inspections, audits and site visits
- Manage QA/QC documentation, inspection records, NCRs and corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain QHSE reports, records and documentation
- Coordinate training, competency, certification and medical requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Support internal, external and client QHSE/QAQC audits
- Maintain proper filing and records for QHSE, HR, projects and operations
- Assist with general administrative and office coordination duties
About you
- Diploma/Degree in QHSE, Quality, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related field
- Relevant QHSE/QAQC experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Knowledge of QA/QC, NCR, audits and QHSE documentation
- Good administrative, organisational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant QHSE/QAQC certifications will be an advantage
