QIP Assistant

Job purpose:

Ensure that all incoming products comply with customer requirement via QIP checks. Highlight to supervisor if deviation found for disposition of the product. Keep QIP Log up to date and ensure that damaged products are inspected and segregated.

Key responsibilities:

-Responsible for performing QIP check on all products received. Key receiving data into QIP Log and scan receiving documents.

-Prepare appropriate QAR forms for receiving.

-Responsible to compile info of non-conforming deliveries or rejections and communicate to QA Supervisor

-Random checking of out-going trucks for truck, blanket, and bulkhead cleanliness.

-Assist team leader in placing or removing hold tag on bulk products (e.g. SSL, end of promo). Ensure all hold products are placed at segregated area with hold tag and arranged tidily.

Skills:

-A responsible, honest, takes initiative, self-motivated, team player, committed, well organized, willing to learn and punctual

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Good communication in dealing with both internal and external parties.

-Good communication skill both in Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)

-Good in computer skill (MS Office) – Excel & PowerPoint

-Min 2-3 years experiences in food safety, quality assurance, warehousing.

-Certified Food Handler

-Trained in Food Safety and Quality standard, at least HACCP

Qualifications:

Minimum /Diploma/Certificate in Food Science/ Technology, Warehousing or any relevant.
