Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Qlik Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in managing, supporting, and optimizing Qlik Sense environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and availability of Qlik platforms while collaborating with business and technical teams to support analytics and reporting needs. The role requires hands-on expertise in Qlik administration, environment monitoring, deployment management, troubleshooting, and platform governance in enterprise environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Qlik Sense Enterprise/SaaS environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Manage QMC configurations, user access, security rules, streams, licenses, reload tasks, schedules, and section access.
• Monitor server health, system performance, application usage, reload failures, and log activities to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to dashboards, reload tasks, server performance, data discrepancies, and application errors.
• Support application deployment and promotion across Development, UAT, and Production environments following established release processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, infrastructure teams, and security teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Implement and maintain governance, security, backup, recovery, and compliance standards for Qlik environments.
• Automate routine administration and monitoring activities using scripting or Python.
• Support integrations with authentication and identity management platforms including SSO, OIDC, and Active Directory.
• Prepare operational documentation, system runbooks, and support knowledge repositories.
• Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, patch management, and environment health assessments.
• Provide technical support for UAT, production releases, and ongoing business-critical reporting applications.
