QM Engineer

ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)  :

To specializes in areas of quality control engineering, such as

1. Process control – VDA 6.3 Process Audit as per customer’s requirement, New Engine Model and Monthly Alteration. To advise on QM improvement activities in process as per KPI and customer complain.

2. Product evaluation – product audit as per customer’s requirement.

3. Product reliability – QC-Test, Tooling and machine calibration, including ESD Floor and equipment.

4. Metrology (cpk, cmk, cgk) – Tightening Torque (EC-Tools data) and Leak Test machine.

5. Automated testing – 100% EOL Test, and Test Bench Technology (upgrading and Annual PM by AVL).

6. Task as and when required by superior, En Tester to support EOL Test section.

คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง (Qualification of Job Holder)

1 Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automotive or Mechatronic field is a plus).

2 Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, E-mail, Video Conference, SPC software data analysis is an

advantage).

3 Good command or written and spoken English with efficiency communication, German language is an

Advantage.

4 At least 5 years of experience in test engineering for electromechanical systems, including at least 3 years in

vehicle testing.

5 Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.

6 Knowledge about PLC programming and automation system is plus.
