Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Pflege und Lenkung von QM-Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung der Aktualität, Freigabe und Versionierung
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Prozess- und Dokumentenmanagements sowie Modellierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Unternehmensprozessen sowie Integration digitaler Tools und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten
- SAP- und CAQ-User-Funktion im Qualitätsmanagement
- Planung und Koordination eines internen Auditprogramms sowie Durchführung und Nachbereitung von System- und Prozessaudits
- Erfassung und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen und Qualitätskosten sowie Auswertung von Qualitätsauffälligkeiten
- Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu QM-, Prozess- und Dokumentenmanagementthemen sowie Sicherstellung von KVP und Wirksamkeit von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Dein Profil
- mind. 3-jährige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Prozess-/ Dokumentenmanagement, Audit- und Risikomanagement
- Technisches Verständnis sowie hohe IT- und Systemaffinität
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
