What they need
- Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal process, product, and system audits.
- Coordinate customer, certification, and supplier audits.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Monitor Quality KPIs such as Customer PPM, Internal PPM, Rejection Rate, COPQ, Audit Scores, and Customer Complaints.
- Prepare monthly Management Review reports.
- Support and drive continual improvement activities.
