QMS Auditor

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QMS Auditor to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the institution. The candidate will assist in internal audits, documentation, compliance monitoring, and corrective action follow-ups in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across departments to verify compliance with established policies, procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the institution’s Quality Management System.
• Review departmental documents, records, process manuals, checklists, and audit evidence.
• Identify non-conformities, process gaps, and areas for improvement during audits.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain records of audit findings and observations.
• Coordinate with department heads and process owners to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effective closure within the specified timelines.
• Maintain QMS documentation, including audit schedules, checklists, reports, and compliance records.
• Assist in preparing for external audits, ISO certification, and surveillance audits.
• Support the standardization and improvement of institutional processes and documentation.
• Conduct awareness sessions for employees on quality procedures and compliance requirements, as assigned.
• Prepare periodic audit
