QMS Documentation Assistant

About the role

Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling Quality Management System (QMS) documents and records to ensure accuracy, proper version control, and compliance with company standards and ISO requirements. Assists in document preparation, distribution, filing, and retrieval, and provides administrative support during audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create a complete and error-free Database of QMS Related Documents and Quality Records/Forms by December 2026
• Create a complete and error-free Glossary of Amwire QMS Terminologies by December 2026
• Maintain, organize, and control QMS documents and records
• Ensure accuracy and proper version control of documents
• Assist in document preparation, distribution, filing, and retrieval
• Provide administrative support during audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree of any course
• Experience in document control, records management, or QMS is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control processes is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, keen on details, organized, and capable of handling confidential information
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work on a Project Based employment for 3 months
