• Have a good master of the standard ISO9001 with additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 13485, IATF16949 preferred.
• Organize, plan, promote to establish suitable system structure according to the standards.
• Discover the weaknesses of system through carrying out rountine internal audit, special audit with the qualified audit skills.
• Familiar with the document management process including the application, release, and cancellation of document.
• Lead the preparation and respond the surveillance audit of related standards.
• Carry out the internal auditor training when necessary and ensure the conformity, completeness and effectiveness of system through corrective and preventive actions.

External audit/ survey/self-assessment (20%)

• Understand the key points of customer audit, third-party audit, survey, and self-assessment; Be familiar with internal documents and working flow; Be clear with deficiencies and do self-assessment properly.
• Answer and provide necessary information with the coping skills against audit.
• Fully mobilize resources to carry out internal audit according to checklist form of customer and the main points of internal audit, determine the responsible person and follow up correction via email, meeting and others.
• Ensure the conformity of speaking, writing and doing, achieve a good result on customer audit, provide the correct and timely survey and self-assessment and improve customer satisfaction. Plan and carry out works of specific project (25%)
• Know the requirements of business and customer, control the problems at each phase and establish related management system or prompt improvement. Lead to optimize the process.
• Master the related knowledge and methods of promotion of specific project. Push the improvement of specific project.
• Drive continuous improvement projects through QCC tools and carry out related training to enhance the capability of QCC team. Continuous improvement (20%)
• Identify the weak points that may need to be continuously improved through refining responsibility, authority and workflow of each department.
• Assist General Manager to carry out management review periodically, and know the performance of system and aspects that need to be improved.
• Continuously think about the problems discovered during work and take them into workflow and standards. Communicate with professional persons and supervisors well, ensure to implement the workflow and standards of cross functions well
• Continuously improve quality management system through quality policy, quality objective, audit result, data analysis, corrective and preventive action and management review. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or above, Major in management, science, engineering or related.
• 5 years+ in QMS experience.
• Be familiar with ISO9001 and key quality tools (such as 8D, FMEA, QC tools etc. ISO 13485, IATF16949 is preferred.
• Qualified internal auditors and has practices of doing internal audits independently.
• Proficiency in Office Software.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Good ability in teamwork, cross-functional communications, self-learning.
