QMS Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Management System Certification Engineer to lead the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems (QMS). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving internal and external audits, and fostering a culture of quality through effective training and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• QMS Establishment & Maintenance

Lead the development, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Regularly review and update quality manuals, procedure files, and work instructions to ensure they reflect current processes and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and product quality.

• Audit Management

Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Serve as the primary liaison during external audits conducted by certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.

Manage the closure of non-conformities (NCs) identified during internal and external audits, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented.

• Training & Culture Building

Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels, focusing on QMS requirements, core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP), and quality awareness.

Promote a company-wide culture of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Other Duties

Other ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality System Management, with a proven track record in building and maintaining QMS frameworks.

Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Proficiency in automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

Strong capability in planning and executing internal and external audits.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in conducting quality training.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Why).

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
