Position: QMS Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Chhapraula, Gautam Buddha Nagar

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS/IMS systems as per organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and control QMS/IMS documentation and records.
• Handle NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct and coordinate Internal Audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Organize and support Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Monitor corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments for QMS/IMS compliance and closure of observations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Practical experience in CAPA, NCR & Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in Internal Auditing.
• Knowledge of MRM and audit documentation.
• Hands-on experience in QMS/IMS implementation and documentation.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech candidates with 3–5 years of relevant QMS/IMS experience.
• Candidates with manufacturing/industrial experience will be preferred.
• Should have practical knowledge of ISO systems, audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
