What they need
Designation: - QMS Engineer / Senior QMS Engineer.
Education :- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949 preferred).
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, or tubular components manufacturing (added advantage).
- Experience in problem-solving tools: 7QC tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update QMS documentation: Quality Manual, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare audit checklists and reports.
- Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support customer complaint analysis and closure using 8D, 5 Why, and RCA tools.
- Participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, and lean improvement projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
