*Job Summary*

We are looking for a QMS Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems, coordinate internal and external audits, manage documentation, monitor Kaizen activities, and ensure compliance with applicable ISO and IATF standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

Implement and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Coordinate suggestion and Kaizen review meetings and encourage the conversion of employee suggestions into implemented Kaizen projects.

Collect and compile data for MIS, Management Review Meetings (MRM), GKD reviews, and cost-saving Kaizen activities.

Promote employee participation in continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate monthly Best Kaizen recognition.

Maintain and control documents and records as per applicable management system requirements.

Plan and conduct internal system and process audits as per the audit schedule.

Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and other external agencies.

Prepare, circulate, monitor, and follow up on MRM action points to ensure timely closure.

Track and ensure closure of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) raised during internal, process, customer, and third-party audits.

Assist in CID module-related activities and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

Conduct energy management audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Support continual improvement, compliance monitoring, and effective implementation of management system requirements across the organization.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
