Job Responsibilities

Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO13485 standards.

Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents, SOPs, work instructions, andrecords.

Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulatory requirements,including CDSCO, wherever applicable.

Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, customer audits, andregulatory inspections.

Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), non-conformities, and riskmanagement documentation.

Monitor document control, change control, and employee training records.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Testing, and other departments toensure compliance.

Support product quality improvement and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Required Qualifications

Education:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, BiomedicalEngineering, or a relevant field.

Experience:

1–3 years in QMS, preferably in medical device or medicalequipment manufacturing.

Technical Knowledge:

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, document control, CAPA, internalaudits, and regulatory compliance.

Good communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in X-Ray machines, OPG machines, or other medical equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.
