Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage change controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigate market complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) procedures for OSD products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of QMS processes.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in QMS operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in QMS role.
Strong understanding of Change Control, Market Complaints, Investigation, and OSD regulations.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QMS programs.
