QMS Supervisor (QA,QC)

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain, improve, and ensure the effectiveness of the organization's Integrated Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards).
• Manage and control management system documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely updates.
• Monitor, communicate, and support the implementation of customer-specific requirements across relevant functions.
• Support sustainability programs related to environmental management, resource efficiency, carbon reduction, and corporate sustainability goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and BCP testing exercises to strengthen business continuity readiness.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with product, environmental, and regulatory requirements from customers, corporate policies, and local legislation.
• Support internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with changes in quality, ESG, sustainability, product compliance, and business continuity requirements to ensure organizational compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Sustainability, Compliance, or Business Continuity Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ESG/Sustainability frameworks, and Business Continuity Management principles.
• Experience in customer-specific requirements management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
