About the role
QMS Staff position responsible for managing Quality Management System documentation and implementation across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that all documents related to the Quality Management System (QMS) – both internal and external – are up-to-date and well-distributed across all departments
- Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and other related standards used in the company
- Assist with internal and external audits and prepare the necessary documentation
- Compile periodic reports on the implementation of QMS
About you
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced in supporting the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and other related standards
- Capable of assisting with internal and external audits and preparing the necessary documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
