QPM Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead quality activities throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, covering product design, manufacturing processes, and material quality.
2. Monitor project quality issues, coordinate pilot run reviews, and drive yield improvement initiatives.
3. Prepare, review, and coordinate quality documentation, including PPAP submissions.
4. Act as the main contact point for customer quality matters and customer audits.
5. Manage customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, and provide 8D reports.
6. Drive quality improvement activities for mass production products and RMA cases.
7. Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to achieve performance objectives.
8. Plan team resources, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Customer Quality Engineering (CQE), Project Quality, or related leadership roles in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing and leading a quality team.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and Failure Analysis/Corrective Action (FACA).
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and factory operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English (Business Level).
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
