What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis for projects.
- Conduct quantity estimation, cost estimation, and quantity analysis for civil works.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and finalize vendor lists.
- Manage subcontractor billing, contractor billing, material reconciliation, and RA bills.
- Ensure accurate measurement of materials at sites to avoid discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Qs & Billing Engineering with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, cost estimation, quantity analysis, client billing, subcontractor billing, BBS creation.
- Strong understanding of Mivan technology is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is required.
