We are a well-established construction company based in Kochi with over 40 years of experience in the industry, and we are looking for a motivated QS / Billing Engineer to join our team.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech Civil Engineering graduate
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing
• Good understanding of construction estimation, measurement, and billing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
• Take and verify site measurements for billing purposes.
• Check quantities and rates against approved drawings, BOQs, and work orders.
• Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and project engineers regarding measurements and billing.
• Assist in preparing variations, extra items, and reconciliation statements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to quantities and billing.
• Monitor work progress and ensure accurate measurement and billing.
• Assist the project team with cost estimation and quantity-related matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
