Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QS Billing Engineer
• Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Construction Projects is mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
• Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills
• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and quantity reconciliations
• Cost estimation, rate analysis, and variation statements
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
• Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports
• Ensure timely billing, cost control, and payment follow-ups
