Job Summary

QS / Billing Engineer – Kollur, Hyderabad

Location: Kollur, Hyderabad
Experience: 3 Years
Industry: Real Estate / High-Rise Residential Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, Subcontractor Bills and Client Bills.
• Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
• Measurement and certification of civil works as per drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare BBS, quantity reconciliation and material consumption statements.
• Monitor project quantities, costs and billing progress.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Planning and Accounts teams.
• Verify contractor measurements and supporting documents before bill submission.
• Maintain proper records of BOQ, measurements, variations and billing statements.
• Identify quantity variations and cost impacts and report them to management.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential / building projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in QS, Billing and Quantity Surveying.
• Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ and billing software/tools.
• Experience in RCC, finishing and civil works.
• Good understanding of drawings, measurements and construction quantities.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
