What they need
Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation, tender documents, and bills of Quantities for M&E works.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
Coordinate drawings with Client teams
Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant comments
Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authority requirements
Maintain drawing records and version control
Prepare and update M&E drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
Assist project team in coordination and documentation
Support site progress tracking and variation claims
