QS Civil & Structural – Project In-Charge (Site Operations)

MC Geometric Proportions, Inc. (MCGP) is seeking a highly experienced QS Civil & Structural – Project In-Charge to lead the quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial management of civil and structural works while ensuring efficient site implementation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Primary Duties

• Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities for civil and structural works from project mobilization through project close-out.
• Manage quantity take-offs, cost estimates, progress billings, variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, productivity, and commercial performance to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Review and verify site accomplishments, subcontractor billings, and material quantities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors on all commercial and technical matters.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Supervise the QS Civil & Structural team and ensure compliance with Company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with PRC License
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Civil & Structural Quantity Surveying, with at least five (5) years of proven experience in site implementation and construction operations.
• Strong background in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, progress billing, and variation order management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
