QS / CIVIL / MEPFS ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and monitor project quantities, estimates, and cost-related documents.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality, and productivity.
• Prepare progress reports, quantity take-offs, billings, and other project documentation as required.
• Review drawings, plans, and technical specifications and identify discrepancies or required adjustments.
• Ensure proper implementation of civil, structural, architectural, and/or MEPFS works based on assigned position.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• For QS: Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, billing, and project costing is an advantage.
• For Civil Engineer: Experience in site supervision, structural, civil, and architectural works is preferred.
• For MEPFS: Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary works is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites anywhere in Luzon.
