岗位职责：

1、 负责设计估算、施工图预算、招投标文件编制、工程量计算等；

2、 负责商务标及资信标编制及存档工作，商务相关数据库存档更新维护工作；

3、 主管中标项目的预算审核、主合同与分供方合同的谈判与签订、工程款申报、分供方结算与付款、竣工结算的办理；

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，建筑工程、土木工程、工程造价等相关专业；

2、 具有3年及以上相关工作经验，掌握项目预算、商务标书制作的全过程；

3、 具有建筑行业投标、组价、项目商务管理经验

4、 熟练操作CAD、广联达等办公及造价软件；

5、 具有良好的职业操守，较强的计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力，具有一定谈判技巧；

6、马来西亚华人，精通汉语、英语、马来语优先。

 Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake design estimation, construction drawing budget, preparation of bidding documents, quantity take‑off, etc.
2. Prepare and archive commercial bids and pre‑qualification documents; archive, update and maintain commercial‑related databases.
3. Be in charge of budget review for awarded projects, negotiation and execution of main contracts and subcontractor agreements, progress claim application, subcontractor settlement & payment processing, and final settlement upon project completion.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, proficient in the full workflow of project budgeting and commercial bid preparation.
3. Hands‑on experience in construction industry bidding, cost pricing and project commercial management.
4. Skilled in CAD, Glodon and other office & cost‑estimating software.
5. Sound professional ethics, strong planning, execution and communication & coordination capabilities with decent negotiation skills.
6. Malaysian Chinese; proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
