- Monitor progress against budgeted targets, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed BOQs using industry-standard software tools.
